Joyce was born on Hellmers Lane in Ocean Springs, MS., and never lived more than two miles from the same. She was an avid reader and her favorite book was the Bible, which she has read cover to cover many times. It is easily stated that she learned God's Word. She received Christ as her Savior as a very young child, thus we have the assurance that Joyce is at peace, as are family hearts, also.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Charles Adam Westbrook, parents, Henry (Sr.) and Sible Mae Webb Beaugez, brother, Oswald Paul Beaugez, and sister, Gwendolyn Beaugez Harry.
Survivors include two sons, Lucien Westbrook and Robert Westbrook, a brother, Henry Paul Beaugez, Jr., a granddaughter, Amberly Westbrook, five nieces and five nephews.
