GREEN -- Patricia was born March 7, 1937 in Gallitzin, Pa., and passed away August 7, 2014 at Cleveland Clinic, following an extended illness.

She was preceded in death by parents, Henry and Mary Lesniewski.

She lived in Green for 48 years and was a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She liked card parties, shopping, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren, especially watching them in sports, theatre and vocal concerts. She was a member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.

Her loving memory will be cherished by her husband, Santo (Sam); and their seven children, Dave, Mary Theresa DiCaudo, Steve, Mike, Jim, Ann Ciocca and Angela Rasicci; 16 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; sisters, Joann Hoffman,Cookie Jevec, and Judy Ninni; sister-in- law, Rose Seprino; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home GREEN CHAPEL, 4178 Massillon Rd. (at the traffic circle joining Rt. 241 & Steese Rd. Entrance off Steese) Green, OH 44685. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. James Klein on Monday, at 10 a.m., at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Rd. in Green.
