Timothy Russell Fowler, 67, resident of South Bethany, Delaware, died on July 30, 2014 at Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, surrounded by family.

Born on May 28, 1947 in Washington, DC, he was the son of Vinnette Fowler and the late Burt Fowler.

Tim was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church. He was an avid golfer and Washington Redskins fan.

Tim is survived by his mother, Vinnette Fowler, sister, Frances Fitzgerald, brother, Patrick Fowler, and two sons, Timothy (Stephanie) Fowler and Brandon (Kerrie) Fowler. He is also survived by six Fowler grandchildren, Allison, Cameron, Britney, Briana, Bethany, and Braelynn, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father,he was predeceased by his brother Michael Fowler.

Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. on August 5, 2014 at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 691 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE, burial immediately following at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro.

A reception will be held at the Mason Dixon VFW Post 7234, 29265 Marshy Hope Way, Ocean View, DE.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Tim's memory to Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
