Harold Joseph Pratt, 79, of Howell, Mi. passed away on Sunday, Feb. 19 in Caspian, Mi. He was born on Sept. 25, 1932 in Stephenson, Mi. to the late Matthew and Lena (Wagner) Pratt.
On June 19, 1954 he married Carole Lusnia. She preceded him in death on Dec. 14, 1977.
He worked as an industrial engineer for Natural Steel for many years. He was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church in Stephenson and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Howell, Mi.
Survivors include seven children: Anthony (Christine) of Bridgeport, WV; Mark (Amy) of Caspian, MI; Dana (Dawn) of Camano Island, WA; Renee (Todd) Smith of Howell, MI; Craig (Carey) of Boulder, CO; Randy of Blackhawk, CO and Ronald (Michelle) of Olympia. WA;
seven grandchildren;
a brother Raymond (Myrna) Pratt of Stephenson, MI. and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call at Anderson Diehm Funeral Home, Stephenson, Mi. on Thursday, Feb. 23 from 4 p.m. until time of the military rites at 6 p.m., followed by parish prayer service. Visitation continues on Friday, Feb. 24 in the memorial room of Precious Blood Catholic Church from 9 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Fr. Corey Litzner will officiate and burial will be in Stephenson Township Cemetery.
