Franklin Alan Mann son of William Stewart Mann and Mabel Margaret (Carpenter) Mann--Heminger. He was a Vietnam Veteran 1966-1967. He had seven brothers and sisters. One brother "James Robert Mann" joined him in Oct. 2008. He was married and is survived by his wife and their two children. Everyone called him "Frankie". He was born on Nov. 19th, 1946 at home in rural Robertson Co. Ky.He was very much loved by his entire family and had many friends. He is missed very much by all.
