He was the son of the late Michael J., Sr. and Anna Tersavige Keating (of Pottstown, PA) and was preceded in death by a younger brother, James.
He was a life member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and an annual member of the Vietnam Veterans of America. He proudly served in the military for 21 years, including 2 tours of duty in Vietnam in the Navy as a chief corpsman with the Marines.
In addition to his wife Kitty, Mr. Keating is survived by a son, Mike and his wife Tracey of Birdsboro; a grandson, Michael (currently serving in the U.S. Air Force) and his fianc�e Julie Bihl; a daughter, Lara, and two granddaughters, Melissa and Julianna of Clayton, NC; a stepson, Adam Hart and his wife Shelly and grandchildren, Amber and Scott; and a stepdaughter, Tina Karkotsky and her husband Patrick.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a graveside service on Monday, September 15, 2014 Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA at 11:30 a.m.
