Hazel Debord was born to Farrington Borders and Lydia Hatfield Debord on 3/8/1929 in Van Lear, Kentucky. She was the 12th of 14 children. She married Wilmer Ray Daniels on 6/3/1946. They had 4 children, Brenda, Ronnie, Sheila and Donna. Wilmer died on 1/8/1987.
Hazel married Reginald Collier a few years later. They were longtime friends and all their combined kids who grew up together, were joined as one family.
Hazel and Reg were married 10 yrs when she died. Hazel died on 2/17/2004 from complications of a stroke.
She was the best wife, mom and grandma. Everyone loved her and she is missed by many. She served God all her life. I know that you are with Dad and Donna now. Take care of Andi for me, Mom. I miss you always.
