Rita M. Roach, 79, of Lower Gwynedd, PA died on February 5, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was the loving wife of Joseph P. Roach for over 58 years.
Rita was born in Philadelphia, PA on March 15, 1934 to the late Thomas and Sara (Cassidy) Killeen.
She was a graduate of Little Flower Catholic High School.
Rita worked as a Secretary, most recently for Gwynedd Mercy College, and also a devoted Homemaker.
She enjoyed traveling, extended stays down the Shore and spending time with her family.
Along with her husband Joseph, she is survived by her two daughters: Kathleen Anderson (David) of Hatboro, Diane Kline (Daniel) of North Hills; five grandchildren: Danielle, Kellyann, Leighann Kline, Sarah and David Anderson; a great-grandchild Kayden Kline; three sisters: Margaret Bonaccorsi, Veronica LeSage, Mary McDermott.
She was predeceased by siblings: John, Thomas, William Killeen, Catherine McConnell, Julia Norton and Anne McGill.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 10:30 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 259 Forest Ave., Ambler, PA 19002.
A Viewing will be held on Monday Evening from 6:30-9PM at the Emil J. Ciavarelli Family Funeral Home, 951 E. Butler Pike, Ambler and Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 AM at the Church.
Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Roslyn.
