The couple were married March 23, 1927, and have no children. According to the petition, Bailey earns about $35 net per week at the Cedar Rapids Pump company of which his wife would like to have about $15 as weekly alimony.
Cedar Rapids Gazette Thursday June 20, 1946 Judge G.K. Thompson Wednesday awarded a decree of separate maintenance to Emma J. Bailey from Frank W. Bailey, to whom she was married March 23, 1927. The couple have no children, according to Mrs. Bailey's petition, which was filed last April 2.
