Larry Gene "Spike" Harris Jr., 48, of Waycross, Ga., formerly of Westminster, died at his home. He was the son of the late Jean LaRue Harris. After attending Westminster High School, he worked as an expert tree trimmer, while in his free time, he sang and played guitar, and enjoyed camping and riding his motorcycle. He was a member and officer of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie No. 4502.
The memorial service was held at Meadow Branch Church of the Brethren in Westminster.
