John Keith Milam, 73, of Wellton, Arizona, husband of former Elbert County Magistrate Judge the late Marie Albertson Milam, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia.

Mr. Milam served as Yuma County, Arizona Sheriff, and both Magistrate Judge and Vice Mayor in Wellton, Arizona.

Left to cherish his memories are his children: Lisa and Chris Dale of Gainesville, Georgia, Mark and Susan McCall of Easley, South Carolina, Robert and Donna Milam of Phoenix, Arizona, and Paula and Leo Cato of Wellton, Arizona; twelve grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Kari Lynn Wagner.

Memorial services celebrating his life will be held on Friday, September 12, at 11:00a.m. in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with the Rev. Sharon Coley officiating. Inurnment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park.

The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at Berry Funeral Home from 10:00a.m. until the service hour on Friday morning.
