Funeral services for Mrs Walter F Rhoades, 38, a resident of 11310 Crestbrook, will be held at the Sparkman-Brand Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at the Evergreen Cemetery in Oakland, California. The Rev James McCloud will officiate.
Mrs Rhoades was killed Saturday in an automobile accident one mile east of Claude, Armstrong County, on Highway 287.
Her husband, Walter F Rhoades is general manager of the DeSoto Paint and Varnish Company in Garland. She was born in Fortuna, California.
Mrs Rhoades is also survived by two daughters, Miss Suzanne Rhoades and Miss Barbara Rhoades and her father John Beaber, all of dallas; two brothers, Fred Beaber of Oakland, California, and Herman Beaber of Dallas and one sister Miss Bernice Beaber of Houston.
