Bruce Allen Pierce, Jr., 34, of East Liverpool, passed away Monday, September 8, 2014, suddenly at his home.

Born October 2, 1979 in East Liverpool, he was the first born son of Bruce Allen Pierce, Sr. & Sue McIlvain Pierce.

He formerly worked at Yankee Clipper as a line painter. He was always the life of the party, and could put a smile on anyone's face at any time.

His enjoyed boating, fishing, working on cars, football, singing, dancing and spending quality time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters, Jessica D. Pierce (James) and Lisa (Cliff) Snyder of East Liverpool; a brother, Christopher J. Pierce of East Liverpool; his fiance, Jamie Haught, and her daughter, Danica of East Liverpool; paternal grandmother, Donna Angle of East Liverpool; maternal grandparents, Jack and Shirley McIlvain of Calcutta; his nieces and nephews; Devon, Jazmin, Landyn and Skylee; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Bob V. Pierce; and two aunts, Marjorie "Shaggy" Wilson and Terry Frye.

Services were held Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Nixon Funeral Home in Newell, West Virginia.

He was laid to rest in the Columbiana County Memorial Park Cemetery in East Liverpool.
