Funeral services for John Wright McMurray [sic McMurry], 65, of Winnsboro, were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, June 21, 1984, in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
Interment was in Ogden Cemetery with the Rev. Bruce Hardin [sic Cardin] officiating.
He was a retired farmer and a Baptist. He died on June 19, 1984, following a brief illness.
Survivors include one sister, Ethel Horne of Winnsboro; one nephew, and three nieces.
Pallbearers were James Paul Smith, Sr., Larry Don Brown, Bobby Wood, Bill McGraw, Maxwell Wallace, Milburn McMurray.
