Amelia Bullington Moore, 92, of Spartanburg, SC, died Sunday, September 7, 2014 at her home. Born December 8, 1921, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late Dewey McKinney Bullington and Eva Vandiver Bullington, and widow of JT Moore.

Mrs. Moore was a lifelong member of Southside Baptist Church. She loved to bake, enjoyed antiquing, and was a member of the SC Ceramic Association.

Survivors include her son, Phillip Moore (Jane) of Rock Hill, SC; granddaughters, Jennifer M. Lemmond (Tim) of Monroe, NC, Stephanie M. Ellison of Rock Hill, SC, and Kimberly A. Penland (Craig) of Spartanburg, SC; great-grandchildren, Mollie Broughton, Drew Broughton, London Penland, and Kelly Penland; sister, Louise B. McCall; brother, Lewis Bullington; and numerous loving nieces and nephews, including special niece, Lynn Wilson. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a daughter, Patricia Ann Moore; a sister, Marguerite B. Dye (Lee); and two brothers, Dewey R. Bullington and Doug M. Bullington.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday, September 12, 2014, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by the Rev. Ken Vickery. Visitation will follow at the graveside.

Memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303; or the American Heart Association, 3535 Pelham Road Suite 101, Greenville, SC 29615.

The family is at the home of Kim Penland.
