Dell, Leroy P. 86, Gallitzin died August 19, 2014 at UPMC-Altoona. Born May 25, 1928 in Altoona the son of the late Jesse and Thelma (Snowberger) Dell. Preceded in death by a brother, James and sister Linda Davis. Survived by his wife the former Mary Lane Stevens whom he married Feb. 14, 1953 and children Richard and Karen, 3 grandsons a granddaughter, 2 great-granddaughters and brothers, John and Michael Zerbee. Leroy served in the US Army and the Merchant Marines. He enjoyed working on his computer and also wrote 3 books. A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
