Mrs. Electa Cleveland Paige, widow of Homer Paige, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Becker, in Providence, R.I., Thursday. The body arrived here this morning and the funeral was held at the home of Mrs. M. A. Plantz, 214 Spring street, Rev. E. B. Toppling, D. D., officiating. She was born in New London, this county 75 years ago and there she married. The greater part of her life was spent in that vicinity and in Rome. She was one of the first matrons of the Rome Hospital. She had made her home with her daughter the last 12 years. She also leaves one son, Judson, H. Paige of Brooklyn.
