Juile lived in the area most of her life. She enjoyed picnics and camping with family and friends. Her greatest joy was spending time with her granddaughter Brina. Julie leaves behind her trustful canine companion "Gizmo". It was a familiar sight to see Julie on her moped with Gizzy in a basket behind her. They never went anywhere without each other. Jewls was a fun loving free spirit who was loved by all who knew her. She shared many adventures with her best friend for life "RyeRow" who will hold all those memories close.
Julie is survived by her son, Brian Peters of Green Bay, WI;
three granddaughters: Madison, Brina and Anna; her fiancé, Paul Christophersen of Marinette, WI;
two sisters: Wendy (Darren) Mojzych and Jody Dionne both of Menominee, MI;
and several nieces and nephews of whom she spent a lot of time and shared many laughs with Carly (Smuffett) Woods, Shaun (Sara) Dionne and Steven Francis Dionne.
Along with her parents, Julie was preceded in death by her son, Kelly James Peters and her brother, Steven Francis James Dionne.
Funeral services for Julie will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2014, at 1 p.m. Friends may call at the Cadieu-Thielen funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of services. The Rev. Bill Retza will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Menominee.
