She was a native of Monroe and had been a resident of Sulphur for the last 36 years, coming from Winnsboro, Louisiana. She enjoyed various art and crafts, playing bingo, and especially enjoyed gardening. Jackie was extremely proud of her rose garden.
Survivors include her husband, one daughter, one sister, one brother, one sister-in-law and two grandchildren.
Her funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 10, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. Lonnie Gothrup will officiate.
Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery South in Carlyss.
