Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Waters Funeral Home in Baldwyn with Bro. Kenneth Harrison officiating. Burial will be in Fellowship Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Judy Collins Raines of Saltillo; one daughter, Tammy Raines of Belden; two sons, Randy Raines (Kim) and Chuck Raines, both of Saltillo; seven grandchildren, Nikki Raines, Laken Raines, Dustin Raines, Douglas Raines, Hailey Raines, Danyelle Raines and Jamey Eaton; five brothers, Jerry Dale Raines of Saltillo, Benny Raines (Raye) of Dumas, Pat Raines (Barbara) of Blackland, Barry Raines (Wanda) of Booneville, Michael Raines of Dumas; three sisters, Judy Harrison (Kenneth) of Laurel, Brenda Pannell (Bobby) of Dry Creek and Jeannie Haynes (Edwin) of Pine Grove.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis and Elsie Spencer Raines.
