JACKSON - Lucille B. Privitt, 73, homemaker, died of cardiac arrest Saturday at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with burial in Highland Memorial Gardens. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Mrs. Privitt, the wife of B. K. Privitt, also leaves three sons, Larry Gorman of Humboldt, Barry Privitt of Jackson and Steven Privitt of Beech Bluff; a sister, Sarah Hardin, and two brothers, Calvin Bishop and Newburn Bishop, all of Jackson, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
