Graveside services were held for Don Gray, 72, of Wayland, Mich., on Monday afternoon, Oct. 12, in the IOOF Cemetery near Craig, with the Rev. Norville White officiating.

Mr. Gray, the son of Edgar and Maud Davis Gray, was born April 13, 1909, in the Craig community. He died Thursday, Oct. 8, in Wayland, Mich.

Don was married to Geneva Hickman in the early 1930's and they were the parents of two daughters and one son. They farmed in the Craig area before moving to Grand Rapids, Mich., in the 1940's.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Geneva in 1972; his parents; two brothers, Dean Gray and Carl Gray.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna Colligan, Comstock Park, Mich., and Peggy Hayes, Lowell, Mich.; one son, Don Gray, Jr., Wayland, Mich.; four sisters, Mrs. Edna Griffin, Victorville, Calif., Mrs. Doris Cooper, St. Joseph, Mrs. Marian Ingram and Mrs. Hope Helfers, both of Craig; two brothers, Ralph Gray and Harold Gray, both of Craig; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Oct. 10, in the Grand Rapids, Mic.
Burial was in the IOOF Cemetery, Craig.

Pallbearers were Larry Helfers, Rodney Helfers, Ordos Singleton, Lanny Gray and Barry Gray.
