She was born on February 9, 1929, in Coshocton, to the late Forest and Della (Richcreek) Dawson. Her sister, Betty, preceded her in death on September 1, 2000.
Bonnie graduated from Coshocton High School in 1947. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and worked at Johnson's Lab for 43 years before retiring in 1990. Bonnie enjoyed her flower gardens and playing cards.
She leaves behind many cousins in the Coshocton area. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2014, at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Given-Dawson Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Granger officiating. Calling hours will be held one hour prior. Burial will follow the service at Canal Lewisville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Health Service, Hospice of Coshocton County, 230 South 4th Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 or to Grace United Methodist Church, 422 Walnut Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812.
