George was a veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Navy from 1942 – 1945. He was an active certified public accountant for over 30 years. He had a great appreciation for classical music and took pleasure in supporting many talented young musicians including his adopted son, Todor Pelev, concert master of the San Bernardino Symphony. He was a dedicated Christian and active in his home church – Maranatha Chapel.
George is survived by his adopted son and daughter, Todor and Didi Pelev; two granddaughters, Dimyana and Tracy; brother, Charles Mosher, and sister-in-law, Bobbie Mosher, and their three children, Dottie, Chuck, Annie and their eight children.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 31, 2012. An interment service will be held in Northville, New York.
