Seward, Aug. 26.—Hugh R. Fry, aged 54 years, unmarried, residing on a farm in Indiana County, near here, committed suicide Tuesday by shooting himself through the head with a rifle. The victim was alone in the house at the time he took his life. Discovery of his rash act was made by John Mack, residing on an adjoining farm. Dr. St. Clair, of Indiana, Coroner of Indiana County, was notified and he came here yesterday and conducted an inquest. The Coroner’s jury returned a verdict of suicide.
