Jessie L. Ballard, 74, of Kosciusko passed away September 2, 2014 in Kosciusko. Services were held at 11 a.m. Sept. 5 at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following at Doty Springs Cemetery. Visitation was from 9-11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Rev. Jim Jackson officiated.
Mr. Ballard was a retired truck driver and worked in construction.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Mozell Steed Ballard; sisters, Wilma Nell Liest, Mary Katherine Bird and Mable Finger; brothers, Hubert, Herbert and Guy Ballard; granddaughter, Angel.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda; daughters, Wanda Lynn and Marsha; sons, Ronald, Richard and Robert and brother, Roy; ten grandchildren.
