She was born April 8, 1957.
After graduating from Calloway High School, she worked in several different areas, and for the past 20 years, she was self employed.
Dionne was predeceased by both her parents, James Richard and Janice Green Sparks.
She is survived by one son, Joshua Daniel Upton, one aunt, Rita McCreary and one uncle, Ronald Green.
