John Walker Snyder, aged 69 years, of West Monterey, PA, died Saturday night, August 24, 1946, at the Bashline Rossman Hospital, Grove City, PA. Mr. Snyder was born in Clarion County, PA, August 15, 1850, a son of the late John Peter and Eliza S. (nee Lash) Snyder.
He is survived by four daughters; Mrs. E. C. McKibbin of Ashtabula, Ohio; Mrs. W. D. Breckenridge of Grove City, PA; Miss Flory Snyder of Detroit, Michigan; Mrs. Mary Cross of Dayton, Ohio, and two sons, Dr. Peter W. Snyder of Pittsburgh, and J. R. Snyder of New Castle, PA.
Friends are being received at the Stewart Funeral Home, Rimersburg, PA. Services from Concord Presbyterian Church Tuesday, 2 p.m. Interment in Concord Cemetery.
