Mrs. Watts was born in Pittsburg, Kansas, on October 28, 1915. She moved to Trinidad, CO, and came to Kansas City in 1929. she graduated from Hairdressing school in 1932 and began her lifelong career as a beautician. She married Wm. Lee Watts in 1933. She and her husband lived in Kansas City and Raytown until moving to a farm near Drexel, MO, in 1971. She and her husband moved to Table Rock Lake in 1992. She was preceded in death by her son in 1933 and two grandchildren, Melanie Trible in 1964 and Brian Dakan in 1988. She is survived by her husband, Wm. Lee Watts of the home; four daughters: Barbara, Geri, Mariella, and Annette; 11 grandchildren: Linda, Darren, Bruce, Laurie, Melissa, Paul, Amanda, Brad, Jennie, Kevin and Nathan; 13 great-grandchildren; and one greatgreat-grandchild.
She will be remembered for her loving nature, generous spirit and ability to make everyone feel special.
