Patrick P. Krych March 3, 1925 - Aug. 29, 2014 MISHAWAKA - Patrick P. Krych, 89, passed away Friday, August 29, 2014, in the North Woods Village Memory Care. Patrick was born March 3, 1925, in South Bend, to the late Peter and Josephine (Jakubiak) Krych. Patrick married Grace (Wisler) Krych; she preceded him in death on April 11, 1994. Patrick was also preceded in death by a son, Daniel Krych; brother, Raymond Krych; and a granddaughter, Heather Ference. Survivors of Patrick include his son, Ken (Charlene "Char") Krych of Granger: grandson, Sean Ference of New Port Richey, FL; and great-granddaughter, Lily Ference of New Port Richey, FL. Patrick is also survived by his loving friend and companion of many years, Josie Nalepinski. Patrick retired in 1990 from South Bend Lathe after 45 years with the corporation. He very much enjoyed fishing with his son. Patrick liked to watch Notre Dame football, Indianapolis and NASCAR racing. He loved traveling with his girlfriend and her family. Visitation for Patrick will be 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesday, September 2, 2014, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd., where a Funeral Ceremony will be celebrated at 1:00 pm.
