Zach had a passion and natural talent for music and played piano, drums and guitar. He intended to pursue a degree in audio engineering. He played baseball and was an avid professional soccer fan. Zach loved to write song lyrics and poems and kept journals on a variety of topics, especially philosophy and psychology. A favorite past time was to browse the Midtown Book Scholar for unusual books and other reading treasures. Zach was a tea aficionado and was always ready to brew a cup or pot of his latest favorite find to share, especially with Mom. His smile and engaging manner could light up the room.
Zach loved animals, especially dogs, and often shared stories of what he'd learned about the animal kingdom by watching Animal Planet and National Geographic. He had recently become very concerned about the plight of the homeless and helped a friend collect clothing and other items to distribute.
Zach leaves to cherish fond memories his devoted parents Reizdan B. Moore, Esq., and Rosemary Browne, his beloved big brother Robert "Andy" A. S. Berry (Kristin), fraternal uncles Reuel Moore of Newark, NJ) and Andre Moore of Columbus, OH; fraternal aunt Mary Reeves (James) of Newark, NJ, maternal aunt Lynn McNeil of Harrisburg; his treasured girlfriend and soul mate, Jalien Resto of Myrtle Beach, SC and her family; and a host of cousins and friends.
The Celebration of his Life will be on Friday July 11, 2014 at 11:00 AM in Hooper Memorial Home, 3532 Walnut Street, Harrisburg with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM.
