Kelly Packer Bennett was born on May 20, 1956 in Preston Idaho to William (Bud) and Ina Bennett. Kelly passed away peacefully on August 31, 2014 at his home in Grace Idaho.

Kelly was the eighth child of ten children. He had such an outgoing personality and it was contagious! He worked for the Washington mining company as a driller and blaster for over 30 years. He had a love for many things in life especially spending time in the mountains with his family, whether it be camping, hunting, or fishing. He was sure great at telling stories, drawing, and tinkering with anything and everything but most of all his large family meant everything to him.

Kelly is survived by his best friend and wife RaNae Bennett, his children, Dustin Bennett ,Jesse Bennett (Melilssa), Shalyn Mooney (Jeremy), Shanel Hadley (Joe), Johnathon Lewis (Julie), Nathan Lewis, sisters, Peggy Parker (John), Julie Butler, Sheryl Nelson (David), Bonnie Bevins (Ron). Brother, Louis Bennett. Kelly was preceded in death by his parents Ina and Bud, brothers, Lane Bennett, Scott Bennett, sisters, Cindy Dunkley, Mitzi Bosworth, granddaughter, Karlee Bennett, father in law Dean Thompson, son in law Joe Hadley, Allison Hunsaker, Chris Cole.

There will be a viewing held on Friday September 5 in Grace Idaho at the stake center from 6-8 pm. The services will be held on Saturday with a viewing from 1- 1:45 with funeral services at 2:00 pm at the stake center.
