Religious Services were Friday, July 18, 2014 at Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church located 20105 Arthur Rd, in Covington, La. Conducted by Bro. Nazareth Owens. Graveside Service were held at the Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Slidell, La. Ray Walters is survived by a daughter; a son; sisters; brothers; grandchildren; nieces; nephews; numerous; relatives and friends.
