Mr. Fulmer was a carpenter and held several other jobs. He was the son of the late Claude C. Fulmer and Josie Bineham Fulmer. He was married to the late Venice Mary Farmer Fulmer for 59 years at her death.
Mr. Fulmer is survived by three sons: Donald Wayne Fulmer (Alliene) of Jonesboro, GA., Jackie Lee Fulmer (Lucy) of Douglasville, GA., and Chilton L. Fulmer, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Cocoa, FL.; and two daughters: Mrs. Vivian Romine and Mrs. Frances (Fulmer-Howard-Williams) Villani, both of Madison, GA.; one brother, George Fulmer, Colorado; two sisters, Mrs. Thelma Dafron and Mrs. Beatrice Johnson, both of Talladega, AL.; 18 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
