Mrs. A.T. Rouwenhorst, born in the Netherlands, died at the home of her children, Mr. and Mrs W.H. Gezel Wednesday, February 18, after a long and lingering illness, at the age of 69 years, 3 months and 19 days. The deceased leaves to mourn their loss a husband and six children. The children are Mrs. W.H. Gezel, of Pella; Everett, of Prairie City; Clarence and John, of Pella; Mrs. G.L. Tilma of Hale Center, Texas; and Robert of Pella. She was Preceded in death by a daughter, who died in infancy. Funeral services were held on Saturday, February 21, from the Van Dyk funeral home with Rev. Vander Berg in charge.
