PAMELA DEAN Penny, our loving mother and grandmother, passed away August 14, 2014. She was born on Sept 9, 1948 to Beverly and Ivan Smith at Enloe Hospital in Chico, California. Penny was a graduate of Chico High school, Class of 1966. She was a long time member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, employed at Enloe Hospital for many years, and was recently enjoying retirement. She is survived by her brother, two children, and 4 grandchildren. Services will be held on Sept 5, 2014 at 3:00pm at St. John's Episcopal Church in Chico, CA.
