Darlene (Oldfield) Carroll, 71, Anderson, passed away August 30, 2014 at Rawlins House in Pendleton after an extended illness.

She was born April 7, 1943, in Anderson,
the daughter of the late Harold M. Oldfield
and Georgia C. (Brooks) Oldfield Nunley.

She was raised by her grandparents, the
late Vin Glenn "Barny" ~ Memorial#84760407
and Oddes Oldfield ~ Memorial# 84760161
and lived most all of her life in Anderson.

Darlene was a 1962 graduated of Anderson High School and had worked at Hunter Chevrolet, St. John’s Hospital and General Motors.
She volunteered at St. John’s Gift shop and at the Roby Building and was a member of the New Beginnings Church.
Darlene always loved Elvis, Country Music and Square Dancing.

She is survived by
her son, Boyd (Tina) Carroll;
two grandchildren and one great granddaughter, Hillary Carroll, Austin Carroll and Alba Brooke Schwab;
her sisters, Sharon Robinson, Connie McCord and Jan Oldfield.

She was preceded in death by her
step-father, Ernest T. Nunley Memorial#107325393.

Burial will be in East Maplewood Cemetery.
