PERU - William C. Abbott, 70, died on Sunday,Jan. 27, 1985, at the CVPH Medical Center.
He was born in Ogdensburg on Aug. 27, 1914, the son of Ralph and Frances (Hurlbut) Abbott. He was a veteran of World War II.
Survivers include one sister, Mrs. Stephen (June) Allen of Peru; one brother, Paul Abbott of amp Hill, Penn.; two nephews and two nieces.
Calling hours will be from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. today at the Lester E. Thew Funeral Home in Peru.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the spring in Riverside Cemetery, Plattsburgh.
Memorial donations may be made to the Peru Community Church.
