Mr. Alvin Baker Dies July 30, 1994
Mr. Alvin Baker, 96, of Marietta, Georgia, died Saturday, July 30, 1994. Mr. Baker was a Produce Farmer in Paulding County before moving to Marietta and was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church in Paulding County.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mattie Mae Garner of Marietta; two daughters, Della Wilson of Marietta and Francis Payton of Buchanan; three sons, Royice Baker of Marietta and B.G. Baker, both of Acworth; his sister, Lillie Mae Forsyth of Temple; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral services were held on Monday, August 1, 1994 at 2:00 pm at Bellamy Funeral Chapel with Rev. Billy Gibson officiating.
Interment was at Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery.
Bellamy's Power Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
