Tony served as a Private First Class, 145th Infantry Regiment, 37th Infantry Division, U.S. Army during World War II.

He resided in Baltimore, Maryland prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army on June 26, 1941, prior to the war, in Baltimore, Maryland. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed as a Barber and also as Single, without dependents.

Tony "Died Of Wounds" received in action in the Philippine Islands during the war.

He was awarded the Purple Heart.

He was originally interred in Manila, Philippine Islands and was later repatriated here on October 15, 1948.
