Mrs. Annie Virginia Brooks Hoffman 91 formerly of Brunswick MD died January 16, 2013 at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester VA.

Born November 27, 1921 in Brunswick, MD. She was the daughter of the late Eugene Harrison Brooks and Mattie Lavenia King Brooks.

Annie was a life member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary 10421 and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post No. 96 both of Brunswick MD.

She is survived a sister, Eileen Goetz and husband Floyd of Brunswick, MD; a brother Leonard Brooks and wife Betty of Brunswick, MD. Three daughters, Janice Wine and husband George of Winchester, VA; Barbara Wenner of Lovettsville, VA; Deborah Miller and husband Richard of Hagerstown, MD. Two sons, Raymond Hoffman and wife Susan of Brunswick, MD; Robert Hoffman of Winchester, VA; 12 grandchil- dren, 21 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Raymond L. Hoffman, sister Dorothy Hoffman and brother Maurice Brooks.

The family will receive friends on Sunday January 20, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. and 7- 9 p.m. at the John T. Williams Funeral Home, 100 Petersville Road, Brunswick where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday January 21, 2013 with Pastor Noni Sigler officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick MD.
