- instrumental in pioneering employee benefits as VP in charge of industrial relations at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Also, was responsible for the organization of the National Safety Council for the industry-wide effort to reduce industrial accidents. His contributions to Neenah, WI earned him the reputation as the city’s greatest philanthropist and an involved civic leader.
