Leo E. Cyr, 72, died at Rumford Community Hospital where he had been a patient one month. The son of E W & Nancy Marchand Cyr, he retired from Oxford Paper Company from the Main Coated Division.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Alice Sutton Cyr; two sons, Leo R and Albert L.; a daughter Mrs. Theodore Mayo, all of Rumford; a brother Edmund of Bridgeport, Conn.; two step-brothers Walter & John Paradis both of Rumford; 26 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
