Nancy Joyce Ivie Meyers, 73, of Waco, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2006. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 4, in Rosemound Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m., Friday, March 3, at Connally Compton Funeral Home.
Nancy Joyce was born in Breckenridge, Texas, to the late Leroy and Mae Ivie Thompson. She was raised in Eastland, Texas and moved to Waco in 1955. Joyce was a cosmetologist and a devoted caregiver.
Survivors include her children, Terry Petree and Judy Crawford, both of Waco, and Kenneth Dale Petree and Danny Lee Petree, both of Weatherford; 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and numerous friends and family.
