Randy Wayne Perry was born July 13, 1944 in Anthony, Kansas, son of Ralph L. and Adelia Elizabeth (Reneau) Perry. On August 27, 2014, Randy passed away at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in Wichita, Kansas at the age of 70 years, 1 month and 14 days.

He attended school in Anthony graduating from Anthony High School in 1962.

On September 15, 1962, Randy was united in marriage with the love of life and soul mate, Linda Duran. They were the first couple to be married in the new Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Anthony where they have both been lifelong members. They made their home in Anthony and were blessed with three children: Tammy, Sharla and Rick.

In earlier years Randy worked at Gambles, Bonham International, as an EMT, and was a member of the Anthony Fire Department. The majority of his life he spent as a car salesman, working for Les Jacobs/Countryside Motors in Wellington for 27 years before going to work at Newberry Family Auto in Harper in 2010. Randy loved selling cars.

Randy had a great love for his family and the church. Family time was always important to him. He loved traveling to see his children and grandchildren. His favorite trips were to Branson, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Sharla on February 10, 2011; 2 infant siblings; brothers, Robert and Jay Roger Perry; sister, Phyllis Brooks; brothers-in-law, Dale Brooks and Ralph McKanna; and nephews, Tyge Walker and Sid Brooks.

Randy will be deeply missed by his wife, Linda; daughter, Tammy Oliver and husband, Terry; son, Rick and wife Lori; grandchildren: Tia Barbosa and husband, Mike, Tabre Oliver, Trace Oliver, Sophie Perry and Abbie Perry; great grandson, William Barbosa; brother, Max and wife, Lanora; sister, Barbara McKanna; sisters-in-law, Margie Perry, Lydia Haugen and husband, Dennis, Lola Duran, Cecelia Kastens and husband, Tony, and Ruth Perry; brother-in-law, Tony Duran; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
