Frances Phlicia Rhinehardt Parson was born in Catawba County, Nc to the late Frank and Inez Blue Rhinehardt. She lived in Conover and passed on July 31, 2014.
She was a member of Covenant Christian Church and had retired from Heritage Care of Conover as a dietary aide. She was preceded in death by one sister Rebecca Ramseur and by one brother James Rhinehardt.
She is survived by her husband & one son of the home; one son of Newton and; three daughters, two of Conover and one of Hickory; two sisters of Catawba and one of Newton; three brothers, one of Conover, one of Hickory, and one of Florida; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
