Larry was the son of Clarence and LOla Ross Moss. He married on Nov. 30, 1963 to Roseann Zimmerly. Larry graduated from Paris High School. He served in the IL. National Guard, Company H. 130TH Infantry. He later worked on the family farm of Wolf Mound Farms.
Larry with his son Matthew founded Moss Auction team LLC. Conducted Agriculture Equipment, farmland, real estate, personal property auctions in IL. and IN.. Larry volunteered his auctioneering skills at the Annual Paris Chamber of Commerce banquet to sell gold coins found in the Salvation Christmas Kettles.
He was a member of Farm Bureau and was a Treasurer.
