Jimmie Donald "Jim" Robertson ,77, passed away on Friday December 19, 2008 in Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Robertson was a 33 year resident of Jacksonville and retired from the U.S. Navy in 1977 as a Master Chief after 27 years service. He was a member of the Fleet reserve.
Mr. Robertson is survived by: his loving wife of 57 years, Claire; sons Tom (Kim) and Russ (Patti); daughter Donna (Kyle) Hayes; brother Jeff; sisters Sue and Linda; (6) grandchildren; and (1) great-grandchild.
A Celebration of Mr. Robertson's life will be held Tuesday December 23, 2008 2:00 p.m. at Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Chapel. Arrangements by Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home 7242 Normandy Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32205.
