Indiana State Board of Health Certificate of Death for Etna Township, Kosciusko County, records that Charles Roy Miller, white male, age 26y, 11m, 7ds, a laborer, and married to Emma, died about 12:15 a.m. on November 16, 1935 in Etna Township. The cause of death was "Internal Injuries- Body Badly Mangled-Struck By Fast Passenger Train While Driving Ford Truck-Accidental Death." He was the son of Henry Miller, and Mary Sysmore [sic] both born in Kentucky. The informant was Oscar Flinn, of Franklin, and he was buried at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, Johnson County on November 18, 1935, Flinn Funeral Parlors, in charge.
