Edith S. Cunningham
GASSAWAY - Edith Spencer Cunningham, 81, of Gassaway, formerly of Clay, died Jan. 24, 1996, at Beverly Health Care Center, Montgomery, after a long illness.
She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Surviving: husband, Sylvan Cunningham; daughters, Emogene Smith of Servia, Evelyn Mullins of Craigsville, Betty Gile and Loretta Griffith,both of Clay, Robin Turley of Cleveland,Ohio, Mary Cottrell of Walton; sons, Jennings Spencer of Duck, Floyd Spencer of Mansfield, Ohio; sisters, Corine Ramsey of Watts, Bernice Sparks of Dixie; brothers, Arthur Day Brady of Enoch, John Brady of Duck, Kenneth Brady of Ovapa.
Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Carl Wilson Funeral Home, Clay. Burial will be in Strange Creek Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
